Единственным надежным средством профилактики гриппа является вакцинация. Лучше всего ставить прививки с сентября по ноябрь. Рассказываем, как еще можно снизить шансы заражения гриппом:
Дистанция — в период подъема заболеваемости старайтесь не посещать людные места, не контактируйте с заболевшими. В случае, если контактов избежать невозможно, используйте защитные маски. Соблюдайте дистанцию 1,5 метра.
Гигиена и уборка — при кашле, чихании прикрывайте рот и нос одноразовыми салфетками, которые потом нужно выбросить. Не трогайте лицо руками. После посещения общественных мест и транспорта вымойте руки, затем – лицо. Регулярно проводите влажную уборку помещений и проветривайте.
Здоровый образ жизни повышает сопротивляемость организма инфекциям. Соблюдайте режим дня, высыпайтесь, питайтесь полноценно, откажитесь от вредных привычек.

Hi, this weekend is good designed for me, since this point in time i am reading this enormous educational article here at my house.
Today, I went to the beach front with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said «You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.» She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell someone!
